Dowel confident ahead of Rally of South Australia

 Activ RallySport’s Justin Dowel and Matt Lee are brimming with confidence heading into this weekend’s Rally of South Australia, the third round of the 2011 Bosch Australian Rally Championship.
Currently lying third in the five-round championship, Dowel and Lee recently completed a successful test session north west of Melbourne, testing a new sequential gearbox that they will debut in their Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX this weekend.

Second place for Dowel in Rally Queensland

 Despite frustrating engine problems, Justin Dowel and Matt Lee have finished a brilliant second in the International Rally of Queensland, the second round of the Bosch Australian Rally Championship round.
Driving their Activ RallySport Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX, Dowel went into the final 34.5km stage with a big chance of victory, with he, fellow Mitsubishi driver Mark Pedder, and the Toyota of Ryan Smart separated by just two seconds.

Dowel leads Rally of Queensland

Justin Dowel and Matt Lee have driven superbly to lead the International Rally of Queensland after the first day, the second round of the Bosch Australian Rally Championship round.
Driving their Activ RallySport Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX, Dowel and Lee won six of the 10 special stages held so far and hold a 6.8 second lead over the similar Lancer of Mark Pedder.

Rally Queensland victory in Dowel's sights

 After starting the Bosch Australian Rally Championship with a pair of third placings in Western Australia, Justin Dowel and the Activ RallySport team are aiming for victory in this weekend’s International Rally of Queensland.
Dowel and co-driver, Matt Lee, completed a successful test session in their Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IX on Wednesday, and will enter this weekend’s event cautiously optimistic.

Dowel starts ARC campaign in fine style

 Activ RallySport driver Justin Dowel has started his 2011 Bosch Australian Rally Championship campaign in fine style, taking a pair of third places in the first round, held in Western Australia.
Driving his Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IX, the Victorian and co-driver, Matt Lee, were determined to start their season in consistent fashion in an event that hasn't been kind to them in the past.
