John first started in motor sport at Peugeot Sport working on a variety of British Touring Cars and Rally Cars.  He moved to Seat Cupra Sport as one of the original team members, working to build up the new team to rally in British championship and the WRC.  He stayed involved all the way to WRC level with Drivers Gwyndaf Evans, Harri Roenparra, Toni Gardenmeister and Ladies rally champ Barbara Armstrong.

John moved into freelance roles with Ralliart UK and the Ford Test and Development team, before returning to tarmac – this time spending a few years with Stewart grand prix and Jaguar F1 teams.

A final stint with the Ferrari sports car team at Le-man and spa 24 racesfinished in the early 2000’s, before packing up family and moving to the sun and beaches of Western Australia in 2005.

John joined Justin and Matt at the beginning of 2006, building and maintaining the teams Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 6 to a Victorian State Champiuonship that year, and then again in 2007 in a newly acquired Evo VIII.

Favourite rally: Finland (Gravel) and Cataluna Spain (Tarmac)
